A Sample Coaching Session
Would you like to experience coaching?
Take 15 minutes to consider the following questions and answer them as honestly and candidly as you can. You may be surprised at your answers!
1.
What are the 3 biggest changes you want to make in your life in the next 3 months? 1 year? 3 years?
2. List 20 things that you are tolerating, or putting up with, in your life. (This can include a messy
desk, relationships that stress you, clothes that need to go to the dry cleaner... whatever feels like it's draining your energy)
3. Make a list of 20 things you love to do. (Can be work and fun related)

. What major transitions have you experienced in the last 3 years?
5. What have you learned about yourself during this time?
6. What are your specific goals for working with a coach?
